Freestyle Academy proudly presents
The inspiration for this project was mainly my love for the song I chose (Blinding Lights). What makes this song a good parody is primarily my abysmal vocal performance, full of vocal fry, off-key notes, and a lack of enthusiasm. I am most proud of this project for the skills that I have learned in Pro Tools, which have definitely helped increase my versatility as a producer/musician. I thought that learning how to edit, mix, etc. in Pro Tools was a great change of pace from other production projects, and it allowed me to better understand how audio can be engineered.
